FoodWorks is opening a brand-new supermarket in the Melbourne CBD, and we’re looking for passionate, reliable, and customer-focused Supermarket Team Members to join our team!

About the Role

As a Supermarket Team Member, you’ll work across all areas of the store. We’re looking for flexible team players who enjoy variety, take initiative and are happy to lend a hand wherever needed.

No two days need to be the same!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service: Welcome customers, answer questions and deliver friendly, helpful service.Checkouts: Process transactions accurately and create a positive checkout experience.Grocery & Replenishment: Fill shelves, rotate stock and maintain product availability.Fresh Food & Chilled: Replenish products and maintain excellent freshness and presentation standards.Deliveries & Stock: Assist with receiving deliveries, organising stock and maintaining back of-house areas.Merchandising: Keep shelves, displays and promotional areas looking their best.Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, tidy, safe and welcoming environment.Teamwork:



Move between different areas of the store and support your teammates to get the job done.

About You:

Retail or supermarket experience is an advantage, but a great attitude, willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are just as important.
