Escape Hunt Adelaide is Adelaide's top-rated escape room venue, with an in-house bar. We're looking for an energetic, organised and customer-focused Venue Manager to lead our team and make sure every group has a memorable adventure.

The Role

You'll run the venue day to day: leading Game Masters, looking after customers, managing bar sales and keeping the venue presented to a high standard. You'll be the first point of contact for the team, owners and head office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, motivate and support a team of casual Game Masters
- Train, coach and mentor staff to keep standards and satisfaction high
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit
- Game-master escape rooms when needed

Venue Operations

- Oversee day-to-day operations so the venue runs smoothly
- Prepare rosters within labour-cost targets
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation and timely repairs
- Order supplies and manage stock
- Liaise with owners, head office and contractors

Sales, Bar & Admin





- Run bar operations (RSA required), merchandise sales and stocktakes
- Process payments, reconciliations, payroll and staff-cost reporting
- Implement in-venue sales and marketing initiatives
- Be the first point of contact for operational issues

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year supervising or managing a team
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic, reliable and able to lead by example
- Passion for customer service and memorable experiences
- Comfortable opening and closing the venue, including late evenings
- Available Thursday to Monday, including weekends
- RSA (or willingness to obtain); First Aid certificate is favourable
- Sales experience is a bonus, not essential
