About the Venue:
Overlooking West Lakes in Adelaide, The Lakes Resort Hotel is a busy multi-outlet hospitality destination with 72 accommodation rooms, restaurants, bars, gaming and function spaces. With a strong focus on guest experience and presentation, the hotel brings together accommodation, dining and entertainment all in one location.

About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Casual Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our housekeeping team at The Lakes Resort Hotel and with the opportunity to move to part time for the right candidate.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, well presented and ready for guests. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail and enjoys working as part of a team.

Housekeeping experience is preferred, but we’re happy to consider candidates who have a strong work ethic and the right attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to a high standard
- Change bed linen, replenish amenities and restock housekeeping supplies
- Ensure rooms are presented clean, tidy and ready for arriving guests
- Follow housekeeping procedures, cleaning schedules and hygiene standards
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team member
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of the housekeeping team
- Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times

About You:





- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred
- Robust attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and professional approach
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
