What we're looking for





You'll ideally have:

- 1+ years' experience in a busy restaurant, A La Carte or premium casual venue
- A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
- Confidence managing your own section while working as part of a team
- Good knowledge of food and wine, or a strong willingness to learn
- The ability to stay calm, organised and positive during busy services
- Great communication and a reliable approach to work
- Current Victorian RSA
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts, particularly Friday-Sunday
