Your Role:

Be the key point of contact for members and guests, you’ll be responsible for:

- Greeting and engaging members with warmth, energy, and professionalism

- Managing bookings, member check-ins, retail sales, and phone/email queries

- Supporting our wider wellness, spa, and fitness departments by ensuring smooth, effective front-of-house operations

- Maintaining an immaculate presentation of the reception area and shared spaces

- Responding calmly and confidently to member needs or issues

- Administrative tasks

Who You Are:

- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, hospitality or wellness is highly regarded, but energy, attitude, and reliability matter most
