CADDS Fabrication are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Trade Assistant to join our busy fabrication workshop located in Bibra Lake on a casual basis with an prospect to grow into permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the Fabrication of Mining/Industrial steel components
- Operating Bandsaws and other workshop equipment processing steel
- Unloading and loading of trucks
- Looking after goods in and good out
- Completing basic QA/QC checklists
- Assisting in keeping the workshop neat and tidy and safe
- Keeping workshop stocks maintained and organised
- Basic maintenance of equipment
- Packaging items for site delivery
About you
- Full working rights in Australia
- Forklift Licence (mandatory)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Own transport
- Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
- Experience using basic hand tools and workshop equipment
