Restaurant Staff Wanted – Front-of-House Manager, Chinese Chefs & Kitchen Hands

A modern Sichuan Chinese restaurant located in Melbourne CBD is currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our growing team.

1. Front-of-House Manager – Full-Time

Requirements:

- Previous front-of-house management experience in a Chinese or Western restaurant (Takeaway-only experience is not sufficient).
- Available to work full-time, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Must hold a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
- Must have valid Australian work rights.
- Strong sense of responsibility, leadership and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing daily front-of-house operations.
- Handling POS systems, cash register and payments.
- Staff rostering and shift coordination.
- Managing beverage supplies and stock ordering.




- Inventory control and stock management.
- Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Coordinating front-of-house staff and ensuring smooth daily operations.

2. Chinese Chefs – Multiple Positions Available

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a Chinese restaurant kitchen, preferably Sichuan cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Reliable, responsible and a good team player.
- Looking for long-term and stable employment.

Specific roles and remuneration will be discussed based on experience and skills.

3. Kitchen Hands – Multiple Positions Available (Urgent!)

Requirements:

- Must have valid Australian work rights.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a team.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
