JOB DESCRIPTION - PLANT OPERATOR LEVEL 1

CAPABLE OF LIFTING 25KGS WEIGHING SOIL BAGS REPETITIVELY.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE FULL UNRESTRICTED LONG TERM WORKING RIGHTS.

Position Summary: The Plant Operator Lvl 1 reports to the Shift Supervisor. The Plant Operator Lvl 1 is to be trained in our Factory Production areas and supervised by Shift Supervisor and/or Level 2 or 3 staff for a minimum period of 6 months and is responsible for: -

- Completing all relevant training as associated with their designated Production area,
- The effective operation of Production Machinery as instructed by Shift Supervisor.
- Ensuring that the company-defined Quality, Environmental and Safety processes, procedures, and systems are correctly applied.
- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN WAREHOUSE WITH MACHINE NOISE AND DUSTY ENVORNMENT.

Flexibility of working morning or afternoon shift and until candidate becomes familiar with the role. Candidate must have full long-term unrestricted working rights in Australia, with intention to transition to permanent role.

Day Shift rate $35.66 per hour

Afternoon Shift rate $41.01 per hour

Pay: $35.66 – $41.01 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
