Requirements for this role:

· 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

· Hold current Victorian RSA

· This is an immediate start position

The Mill & Charlie’s Bar, in iconic Hardware Lane Melbourne CBD is currently seeking friendly, outgoing and motivated wait / bar staff. You must be well presented, fluent in English, display initiative, be reliable, have the ability to work independently, available evenings & weekends, be experienced with food & alcohol service and be comfortable explaining menu with customers. Any experience with cocktail making, supervisory/duty management roles considered a bonus.

To be successful in this role you must





· Be a hospitality professional with at least 2 years experience in a similar role

· Be driven, focused and passionate about customer service

· Have a mature outlook with excellent time management skills

· Have a good understanding of F&B;

· Be able to prioritize and co-ordinate actions in a busy service

· Available to work weekends and evenings

· Be a team player

Pay: $26.44 – $45.74 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30.0 per week

Experience:

- bar / floor : 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

- English (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (Preferred)

- Australia (Preferred)
