TECH CENTA is expanding, and we're looking for experienced Retail Sales Consultants to join our growing Sydney team!

We specialise in mobile devices, premium technology accessories, professional repairs and innovative device solutions.

We currently have Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual positions available across our Sydney stores.

No mobile phone or technology experience? No problem! If you have previous retail sales experience, a positive attitude and a passion for selling, we'll provide the product knowledge and industry training you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll play an important role in delivering excellent customer experiences while helping drive store sales.

Your responsibilities include:

- Proactively approaching and engaging customers
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services




- Achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Maximising sales through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Demonstrating products and confidently explaining their features and benefits
- Assisting customers with mobile devices, accessories and repair enquiries
- Converting customer enquiries into sales opportunities
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service
- Maintaining clean, organised and attractive product displays
- Replenishing stock and supporting daily store operations
- Working collaboratively with teammates to achieve store goals

What We're Looking For

Previous retail sales experience is essential.

We're looking for confident, proactive and results-driven individuals who genuinely enjoy selling and interacting with customers.

To be successful, you'll need:

- Previous retail sales experience – essential
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs
- Strong customer engagement and sales conversion skills
- Confidence in upselling and cross-selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic and customer-focused attitude
- Reliability, punctuality and professionalism
- A willingness to learn new products and systems
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to meet retail roster requirements

- Competitive annual salary of $63,000–$80,000
- Availability across Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekend shifts when rostered
- Public holiday availability when rostered
- Availability throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period
- Flexibility to meet business roster requirements

Part-Time

- Minimum availability of 3 days per week
- Consistent and reliable weekly availability
- Flexibility to work weekdays and rotating weekends
- Public holiday availability when rostered
- Availability during Christmas and New Year trading periods

Casual

- Minimum availability of 3 days per week
- Flexible shifts based on store requirements
- Availability across weekdays and rotating weekends
- Public holiday availability when rostered
- Availability during Christmas and New Year trading periods
- Competitive casual hourly rates based on applicable employment conditions

Important: Part-time and casual applicants must be available for at least 3 days per week. All applicants must be able to meet the relevant weekend and peak trading availability requirements.
