What we're looking for Previous barista experience for the barista position. A positive attitude and strong customer service skills. Reliability, teamwork and attention to cleanliness. Availability for mutually agreed shifts, including weekends. Ability to work in a busy cafe environment. Employment: Full-time or part-time, depending on the successful candidate and available roster. Pay: Applicable award rates and conditions, including relevant weekend and public holiday penalties.
