Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present high-quality meals for functions, formal dinners and special events
Execute baking and bulk food preparation to meet service requirements
Support efficient kitchen operations and ensure timely meal delivery
Deliver qualified, customer-focused service to guests
Uphold food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards

Skills and Experiences:
About You





Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Proven baking skills are essential
Demonstrated experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen
Experience in high-volume catering, ideally within an education or boarding school environment
Strong organisational skills and a commitment to upholding food quality, safety and presentation standards

All successful candidates will be required to satisfy a Working With Children Check and undertake a National Criminal History Check.
