Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to external customers to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate long-term business relationships.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities with both new and existing customers within your designated territory.
- Promote the company’s brand by enhancing its market presence and gathering valuable marketing intelligence.
- Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records within PRONTO systems.
- Deliver up-to-date product information and distribute relevant marketing materials to support customer engagement.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, ensuring service levels and call handling targets are met.
- Provide accurate pricing, product availability, and service details to customers as needed to support their purchasing decisions. What you will bring:
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence (Mandatory)
- Experience in face-to-face sales and customer service




- A proven track record of working towards targets
- The ability to think outside the box for a solution
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
