Sous chef required for a fresh seasonal gastro pub The McKinnon Hotel
The business has an established team with another sous chef, head chef and group executive all being part of the set up for 5-8 years.
Previous Experience in similar role would be beneficial but not mandatory.
Would be learning about all aspects of ordering, stocktake and current menu set ups with recipes and section prep list.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $89,800.00 per year
