We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Waiter to join our front-of-house team.

About the Role
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and the front-of-house team, you will play an important role in maintaining Beppi’s high standards of service and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Delivering attentive, professional and personalised table service.
● Welcoming guests and providing knowledgeable recommendations.
● Demonstrating strong food, wine and beverage knowledge.
● Assisting with the coordination and smooth running of service.
● Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
● Maintaining high standards of presentation and restaurant organisation.
● Handling guest enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
● Working collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
● Previous experience in a senior waiter or similar role within a quality restaurant.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong food and beverage knowledge, particularly Italian cuisine and wine.
● A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
● The ability to work confidently under pressure.
● A professional appearance and positive attitude.
● Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
