Location: Western Sydney – Riverstone, Box Hill, Rouse Hill & Windsor Road
Pay: A$40–$50 per hour

Experienced Civil Drainage Workers Wanted!
Talent Success is seeking experienced Drainage Labourers, Pipe Layers and Civil Construction Workers for upcoming civil infrastructure, stormwater drainage and roadworks projects across North-West Sydney.
We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious workers with hands-on experience in underground services, trenching, pipe laying and civil drainage installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install stormwater drainage systems and underground pipes.
- Prepare trenches and assist with pipe laying.
- Install drainage pits and related structures.
- Assist excavator operators and other plant operators.
- Carry out backfilling and compaction work.
- Read basic site plans and follow set-out instructions.
- Work safely around excavations, underground utilities and other site hazards.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in civil drainage, pipe laying or civil construction.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Understanding of trenching, excavation and site safety.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
- Solid safety awareness and ability to follow site instructions.
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred.
