We’re looking for a skilled, career-focused Grill Chef to join our team across The Parade Hotel and Old Coast Road Brewery, working under Executive Chef Karl Wulf.

There are exciting changes coming to our kitchens, including a custom-built smoker, and we want someone who’s keen to be part of what comes next. If you love cooking over fire, take pride in your craft and want to help create progressive, outstanding food, this is an opportunity to get involved.

From waterfront dining in Bunbury to the relaxed brewery grounds at Myalup, you’ll work across two distinctive venues with a shared commitment to quality food and hospitality.

The Role

- Run the grill section, delivering accurate cooking, seasoning and presentation.
- Prepare and cook dishes for restaurant service and functions.
- Help develop our smoked meat offering as the new smoker comes into service.
- Contribute ideas to menus, specials and recipe development.
- Maintain consistency, portion control and efficient preparation during busy services.
- Support your teammates and maintain excellent food safety and kitchen standards.

About You





You’re an experienced chef with strong grill skills, sound kitchen judgement and a genuine interest in building your career. You’re organised, reliable and calm under pressure, and you enjoy being part of a team that wants to keep improving.

Experience with smoking, barbecue or cooking over fire will be highly regarded. Just as important is your enthusiasm to learn, contribute and cook food you’re proud to serve.

You’ll need Australian working rights, availability for weekends, public holidays and functions, and the ability to travel reliably between both venues.
