What you’ll be doing




As the Team Leader - Clinical Care, you'll provide leadership, guidance and supervision to a team of nursing professionals, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based clinical services that support customers to remain independent in their homes and communities. You'll balance people leadership with clinical expertise, driving quality outcomes, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the service.

What you will be doing:

- Lead, mentor and support a high-performing Clinical Care team.
- Provide clinical expertise, supervision, coaching and professional guidance.
- Ensure customers receive high-quality, evidence-based clinical care.
- Support quality assurance, clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals and community stakeholders.
- Contribute to workforce development, recruitment, onboarding and employee capability growth.
- Maintain a clinical caseload while supporting day-to-day team operations.

You're an experienced clinical leader who combines strong nursing expertise with a people-first leadership style. You enjoy developing others, building strong relationships, and creating a culture where both employees and customers can thrive.

To be successful,



you'll bring:

- A tertiary qualification in Nursing.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing clinical teams.
- Extensive experience in community aged care nursing or related health services.
- Strong clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
- Hold current First Aid, CPR, and a National Criminal History Check (or be willing to obtain them)
