About the Role

As we continue to expand our brand and market presence, we are seeking a talented Content Creator to develop, produce and manage engaging marketing content across our digital channels.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online platforms and monitoring marketing performance. You will turn briefs and ideas into video, photography, written and social media content that builds brand awareness, strengthens our market presence and supports business growth.

This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Managing Director, offering the opportunity to take ownership of Alpha Uretek's marketing and content direction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Work with the Managing Director to develop content ideas that support business objectives.
- Plan marketing activities, content themes and publishing schedules across social media, websites and email.
- Create engaging digital content to showcase the company's products, services, projects and manufacturing capabilities.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including preparing, scheduling, publishing and overseeing content.
- Film, photograph, edit and produce marketing materials at the office, manufacturing facility and customer or project sites.
- Produce podcast episodes and conduct interviews with employees, customers and industry professionals.
- Write promotional copy, website articles, captions, scripts and other marketing communications.
- Maintain and update website content,



product information and digital materials to keep the company's online presence current and informative.
- Improve the company's online visibility through relevant search optimisation and digital marketing practices.
- Review website and social media performance, analyse audience engagement and use results to improve future marketing activities.

About You

- Demonstrated experience in content creation, digital marketing or social media.
- Skilled in video production, photography and editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut, Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including storytelling and interviewing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and website management systems.
- Ability to interpret marketing performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, video production, digital media or a related field.
- A portfolio of previous work.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel for filming and attend site inductions.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, creativity and commercial awareness, with the potential to grow into a leadership role.
