Hope To Heal Pty Ltd is seeking a caring, reliable and experienced female Disability Support Worker to support a client living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) in Kirrawee.
- $38 per hour + super

About the role
You will provide high-quality, person-centred support while maintaining our client’s dignity, comfort and independence.
Duties may include:
- Personal care and assistance with self-care
- Assistance with daily living activities
- Mobility and physical support
- Meal preparation
- Assistance with appointments and community participation
- Companionship and social support
- Following individual support and care plans
- Working alongside family members and other care professionals
About you
We are looking for someone who is:
- Caring, patient and respectful
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Experienced in disability support and personal care
- Comfortable providing physical assistance
- Able to follow care plans and instructions
- A robust communicator
- Committed to providing consistent, high-quality support
Experience supporting a person with MND or another complex neurological condition is highly regarded.
Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Relevant disability/aged-care qualification and/or experience
- Previous experience providing personal care
- Australian working rights
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred
