What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Confidence working independently and taking initiative
- Reliability,
professionalism and a positive attitude
- A current Victorian RSA (for staff serving alcohol)
Availability requirements
We're looking for people who can commit to consistent shifts, particularly during our busiest trading periods.
Applicants must be:
- Available to work weekends, including Friday and Saturday nights
- Willing to work during major events and peak trading periods, including New Year's Eve and the festive season
- Flexible with their availability and able to commit to a regular roster
