Lily Paris is a busy French-inspired waterfront café with a small, friendly team of go-getters! We're looking for a confident, experienced and energetic Barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in making great coffee and isn't afraid to get stuck in!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous barista experience in a busy café environment
- Confident with coffee extraction, milk texturing and latte art
- Able to maintain speed, consistency and quality during busy service
- Friendly, reliable and passionate about great customer service
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Happy to assist with general café duties and cleaning
- Weekend and public holiday availability is essential!
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Casual position – 20–35 hours per week
- Full-time hours for the right candidate!
- Daytime hours only – NO nights!

IMPORTANT: Previous commercial barista experience is essential. This is not a trainee position.
