Disability Support Worker – Croydon VIC | Immediate Start

Grace Quality Care is urgently seeking a reliable mature , caring support worker to assist a participant in their home in Croydon.

The role involves helping with showering, personal care and domestic duties while respecting the participant’s privacy, dignity and independence.

Duties include:

- Assistance with showering, drying, dressing and personal hygiene.
- Light household cleaning, laundry and general domestic tasks.
- Encouraging independence and providing respectful, person-centred support.
- Completing shift notes and reporting any concerns.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience supporting people with disabilities, including assistance with showering and personal care.
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.




- Positive communication skills and a reliable, punctual approach.
- Availability to start as soon as possible and commit to regular shifts.
- A qualification in Individual Support, Disability or a related field is desirable.
