Process Manufacturing and Food Processing Trainer

We currently have positions available:

Academy Green Learning are currently seeking experienced Trainers and Assessors to join our team.

You will be training, developing and empowering our learners who come from very diverse industries, from large clients to small businesses, working in a face-to-face capacity as well as through digital mediums.

Your deliverables include:

- Provide ongoing and encouraging and tailored feedback to support student progression
- Support development of training and assessment strategies
- Participate in validation, moderation and mapping activities
- Ability to complete a Trainer and Assessor Profile demonstrating
- Vocational Competency in the relevant qualifications
- TAE40116 Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or TAE 40110 Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and the additional unit TAELLN411 and TAEASS502




- Sufficient and current industry experience in one of the above relevant industries
- Recent and relevant professional development

We require you to:

- 3 years minimum demonstrated and current Industry work history
- Have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Be friendly, engaging and supportive
- Be pro-active approach in your delivery of face-to-face training and online delivery
- Be accountable for your own caseload
- Hold or willing to acquire: NPC National Police Check
- WWCC Working with Children Check
