Experienced Barista & Café All-Rounder Sweet Puff | Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available Sweet Puff is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and experienced hospitality staff to join our team! We are seeking someone with previous café or hospitality experience, particularly as a barista, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service. At Sweet Puff, we specialise in desserts, coffee, cold drinks and shisha, so we're looking for an all-rounder who is happy to get involved in all aspects of café operations. Key Responsibilities - Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and espresso-based drinks. - Preparing a variety of desserts and sweet treats. - Making and serving cold drinks, milkshakes and specialty beverages. - Preparing, setting up and serving shisha to customers. - Providing friendly and professional customer service. - Taking customer orders and handling payments. - Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café. - Assisting with daily café operations, including opening and closing duties. - Working as part of a team to ensure a great customer experience.



Requirements - Previous hospitality or café experience is essential. - Barista experience and confidence operating a coffee machine. - Good customer service and communication skills. - Willingness to learn how to prepare our desserts and specialty drinks. - Comfortable working around and serving shisha. - Reliable, punctual and well-presented. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
