Kaffe House is a friendly neighbourhood café in Nerang, serving great coffee, brunch and Vietnamese-inspired food, including our signature Bánh Mì.
The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Junior Café All-Rounder (Banh Mi & Kitchen Assistant) to join our team at Kaffe House.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced café setting and is willing to learn. No previous experience is required – full training will be provided!
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving Vietnamese Bánh Mì
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen duties
- Taking customer orders and operating the POS system
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Packing takeaway orders accurately and efficiently
- Restocking ingredients and supplies
- Keeping the kitchen, food preparation areas and café clean and organised
- Supporting the team during busy periods
Hours
Currently required:
- Saturday and Sunday
- 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Approximately 10–20 hours per week
- Morning/day shifts only – no night shifts
- Additional shifts may be available for the right person

- Previous café or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
