About the role:

Fresh Meals Delivered is excited to be looking for our newest team member to join our Front of House Team

As the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional service that Fresh Meals Delivered is known for. Your friendly and professional approach will help ensure every customer has a positive experience, whether they are placing an order over the phone or visiting us in store.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assisting customers with placing meal orders over the phone or in store
- Responding to customer enquiries and special requests
- Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
- Providing outstanding customer service at every interaction
- Supporting the wider team in daily operations

We're looking for someone with:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Confidence working with customers both in person and over the phone
- The ability to work collaboratively within a small team environment

Desirable Experience/Skills:

- Knowledge of Lightspeed POS
- Experience in using Shopify
- 5+ Years Experience in Customer Service – Hospitality preferred but not essential





Key Role Details:

- Hourly Rate of $34.76 + Super + Meal Discounts
- Location: Cardiff
- Must have C Drivers Licence
- Must have Police Check
- Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age

Our business is in an exciting period of growth in which our customer base continues to grow and diversify and so we are seeking a motivated new employee to help nurture our new and existing customer base.

We have a wide range of meals suited to many different tastes and dietary requirements. Our customer base ranges from Individuals, Families and the Elderly. We have well established and strong relationships with many Aged Care Providers across Newcastle to also deliver our services as part of the Home Care Package.
