Concourse Bar Wynyard is looking for an experienced and reliable bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone with strong customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently in a busy bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails.
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately through the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented bar.
- Restock fridges, glassware and bar supplies.
- Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- Work efficiently during busy periods and events.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card – essential.
- Previous bartending experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and closing shifts.
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
