About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Baker to join the team!
We provide a supportive and positive working environment with strong emphasis on training, skill development, and product quality.
This is a great chance for someone who is serious about building a career in baking and wants to develop the skills required to produce premium bakery products in a professional environment.
The role will involve a morning shift starting from approximately 5am, including dough preparation, shaping, and baking operations. Night shifts may also be available for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working collaboratively with the bakery team to achieve production and quality targets
- Preparing and producing doughs and baked products for daily production
- Assisting with bakery set-up, pack-down, and cleaning duties
- Maintaining a safe working setting and operating equipment responsibly
- Operating ovens and production equipment as required
- Mixing and preparing doughs according to procedures
About you

You will have respect for quality ingredients and equipment, take pride in learning and refining your craft, and demonstrate reliability, consistency, and efficiency in your work.
To be considered, you will need:
- Minimum 2 year of baking experience (essential)
