Western Healthcare Group is seeking reliable, compassionate and experienced female support workers to provide high-quality, person-centred support to a participant based in Fremantle, WA.

We are looking for someone patient, dependable and genuinely passionate about supporting people with disabilities, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

About the role:

- Supporting daily living activities and independence skills.
- Providing assistance with personal care, including showering, dressing, toileting, grooming and daily hygiene.
- Assisting with mobility and daily routines.
- Supporting community access and social participation.
- Implementing positive behaviour support strategies.
- Assisting with medication and complex care requirements where required.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Following individual support plans and promoting participant wellbeing.
- Maintaining accurate progress notes and documentation.

About you:

- Female applicant.
- Minimum 1 year of disability support experience.
- Experience supporting participants with complex medical or behavioural needs.




- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or a related qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check (where applicable).
- Reliable, patient and compassionate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for supporting people with disabilities.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
