We’re looking experienced and commercially driven Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to take ownership of a high-performing retail location.
This is an opportunity to lead a premium retail environment where customer experience, strong relationships, attention to detail and exceptional service are at the heart of everything.
You'll be responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading from the floor, developing your people and delivering outstanding commercial results.
What you'll be doing
- Taking full ownership of store performance, sales and profitability.
- Leading, coaching and developing a motivated, high-performing team.
- Driving sales, conversion, ATV and other key performance indicators.
- Creating exceptional customer experiences and building lasting client relationships.
- Developing a strong local customer base and driving repeat business.
- Managing rostering, payroll, stock control and all daily store operations.
- Overseeing visual merchandising and maintaining premium presentation standards.
- Analysing business performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Building a positive,
accountable and customer-focused team culture.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing a retail store, ideally within premium or specialty retail.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- A natural leader who knows how to motivate, coach and develop people.
- Confident managing all aspects of store operations and business performance.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- A hands-on management style with the ability to lead from the floor.
- High standards, strong communication and a genuine passion for retail.
