The Role

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Chef with 3 to 4 years of commercial kitchen experience to join our team.

Whether you thrive on the pass during a weekend breakfast rush or excel at managing prep, menu execution, and food quality, we offer flexible scheduling options to maintain a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality cafe and breakfast/lunch dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Manage station prep, order stock,



and control food waste.

Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.

Collaborate closely with front-of-house staff for smooth service execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in a commercial cafe or restaurant kitchen setting.

Education: Cert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery (preferred).

Skills: Robust work ethic, speed on the line, solid communication, and weekend availability.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 AUD per year + Super (based on experience).
