Key Responsibilities:

· Achieve and exceed individual sales and profit budgets with strong cost control

· Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving issues promptly and professionally

· Act as the primary point of contact for customers

· Deliver professional customer presentations and lead WIP meetings

· Receive customer briefs and initiate product development in collaboration with Operations

· Work closely with suppliers to manage day‑to‑day relationships and ensure quality, cost, and delivery expectations are met

· Source new concepts and brief suppliers accordingly

· Track all orders to ensure contractual compliance and KPI/SLA performance

· Prepare accurate quotations, samples, and artwork for proposals





· Process customer orders and invoices accurately

· Communicate order status clearly to customers and internal teams

· Coordinate ad hoc and campaign-based distribution activity through 3PL partners, including tracking, reporting, and issue resolution

· Participate in industry trade shows to build relationships and identify current opportunities

· Maintain accurate and well-organised customer files

· Submit timely reports including forecasts, meeting reports, and monthly sales reports

· Any other duties as reasonably required

Qualifications:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organisational and time-management abilities

· Proven experience managing multiple projects to deadlines

· Proactive, solution-focused mindset

· Strong attention to detail with budget awareness

· Confident relationship builder with a professional approach

· Excellent problem-solving skills

· Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
