Khrisha Perfumery is a niche fragrance house on Chapel Street, South Yarra. We carry Niche perfume houses from around the world, and we sell them one conversation at a time.

We are hiring Fragrance Sales Associates. Multiple positions are available on a part-time and casual basis.

The role

- Guide customers through the collection and match each person with a scent that suits them
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
- Build a client book and bring customers back
- Appear on camera for Instagram, TikTok and in-store content
- Keep the floor, testers and displays immaculate
- Support launches, VIP events and peak trading periods

About you

- A natural salesperson: sales-driven, motivated by targets and confident closing




- Brings positive energy to the floor and lifts the people around them
- Comfortable and confident on camera
- Knows perfume, with a genuine interest in the niche fragrance industry: houses, perfumers, notes and raw materials
- Experience in fragrance, beauty or luxury retail sales is preferred and will be favoured
