About Us
Asguard Protective Services has been operating for 7 years, providing security to pubs, clubs, RSLs and licensed venues across Sydney. We’ve built strong, long-term relationships with our venues and are now expanding our team. We’re looking for reliable, professional guards to join us.
The Role
You’ll keep patrons, staff and venues safe while delivering friendly, customer-focused service. Duties include:
- Front-door and entry control, including ID checks
- Monitoring patron behaviour and supporting RSA compliance
- Managing queues, crowd flow and venue capacity
- Responding to incidents calmly and de-escalating conflict
- Completing incident reports and venue logs
- Working closely with venue managers and staff
What You’ll Need
- Current NSW Class 1A (or 1AC) Security Licence
- Current RSA Competency Card
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Full working rights in Australia
- Availability for nights, weekends and public holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Neat, professional presentation
- Licensed venue experience preferred but not essential
