About OnTime Disability Support

OnTime Disability Support delivers NDIS-aligned services across Victoria, supporting participants with daily living, community participation, and capacity building. We are seeking an experienced Male Support Worker to support a male participant in Sunbury, VIC.

About the Role

The participant is largely independent but has complex behavioural support needs, requiring consistent, person-centred support. This role offers a minimum of 10 hours per week, with opportunities for additional shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Support community access and social participation
- Promote independence, choice, and goal achievement
- Implement behaviour support strategies and plans
- Provide emotional and practical support
- Report incidents, concerns, and changes in presentation
- Maintain accurate case notes and records
- Follow NDIS Practice Standards, WHS requirements, and company policies

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience supporting people with complex behaviours
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Employee Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate




- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
- National Police Check
- Victorian Driver Licence
- Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Disability qualification/certificate
- COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate and COVID-19 Training
- 100 Points of ID
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Highly Regarded

- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
- Mental health or psychosocial disability support experience
- Knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards
- Trauma-informed care or behaviour support training
