WE'RE HIRING: AN IN-HOUSE RECRUITER WHO CAN BUILD A TEAM

Agentix Group is growing fast, and we're hiring faster than the founders can keep up with. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to take over recruitment end to end and own it.

This is an in-house role, not agency. No placement targets, no business development, no commission chase. One business, one hiring plan, and you get to see the people you hired succeed.

You'll be the first dedicated recruiter in the business, hiring across marketing, finance, sales, setters, closers and whatever else the team needs next.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Writing job ads and running them across Seek, Indeed, LinkedIn and our own employment pages
- Screening applications and CVs, often at volume
- Running first-round video screens and shortlisting for the founders
- Coordinating interviews
- Conducting reference checks
- Onboarding new contractors, including ABN details, agreements and access to our tools
- Keeping the candidate pipeline organised in our CRM and reporting on time-to-fill and quality of hire
- Building a bench of pre-screened talent so the next hire takes days, not weeks

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous recruitment experience is essential.

- At least two years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency, running the full cycle yourself
- Experience hiring across different types of roles, not just one specialty




- Confidence on video calls and the ability to run a screening call candidates actually enjoy
- Strong organisational skills, nothing in the pipeline slips and every candidate hears back
- Experience with an ATS or CRM (GoHighLevel is a bonus, not a requirement)
- Comfortable being measured on results
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the whole process

WHAT'S ON OFFER

- $1,800 per week (approximately $93,600 annually)
- 100% remote, work from anywhere in Australia
- Full-time hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm AEST
