Cinder Restaurant is looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team!

We are offering a Monday to Friday position, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment and takes pride in delivering excellent coffee and customer service.

Position Details:

- Monday to Friday
- 7:15 AM – 3:00 PM
- Location: Barangaroo, Sydney

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous barista experience in Australia is essential.
- Solid knowledge of Australian coffee culture and coffee terminology.
- Confident preparing all types of Australian coffees, including flat whites, lattes, cappuccinos, long blacks, piccolo, magic and more.
- Ability to operate a commercial coffee machine and grinder.
- Good milk texturing and latte art skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
