Are you an ambitious solar sales skilled ready to take the next step into management?

NRG7 is looking for a results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead, develop and grow our sales operations across Australia.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage internal sales representatives, external sales agents and business partners while driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate and manage internal and external sales teams.
- Set and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Recruit, train, coach and develop sales representatives.
- Drive sales growth across VIC, NSW, QLD, SA and WA.
- Develop new sales channels and strategic partnerships.
- Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates and team performance.
- Work closely with marketing and operations to maximise sales opportunities.





What We're Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of experience in solar PV or battery sales.
- Previous experience leading or managing a sales team.
- Good understanding of the Australian solar and battery market.
- Experience with VEU products will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and drive sales performance.
- A motivated, commercially minded individual who leads from the front.
