☕ WE’RE HIRING – FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF

Lucas Town Cafe is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House team member to join our busy café!

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or hospitality setting
- Availability to work weekends and early morning shifts (starting from 7 AM)
- A warm, friendly and welcoming personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Polite, confident and enthusiastic when interacting with customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual and willing to take initiative

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Taking orders and handling payments
- Serving food and beverages
- Keeping the front-of-house area clean and organised
- Supporting the team during busy periods

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and brings positive energy to our team.

Pay: $27.10 – $30.00 per hour
