We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Casual Sales Associates to join our team in Byron Bay. Whether you're helping a local find their next favourite hat or introducing a visitor to Akubra for the first time, you'll play an important role in bringing our brand to life.

What you'll do

- Deliver genuine, personalised customer service, ensuring every customer feels welcome and valued.
- Help customers find their perfect Akubra, offering advice on styles, fit and care.
- Maintain a beautifully presented store, ensuring displays and merchandise reflect our brand standards.
- Support daily store operations, including sales transactions, stock replenishment and general housekeeping.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets and create a positive store environment.
- Handle customer enquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach

What you'll bring

- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with a diverse range of customers.




- A proactive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to get involved wherever needed.

- Flexibility to work a rotating casual roster, including weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly regarded, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important!
