We're looking for a motivated, passionate and driven Physiotherapist or Exercise Phyisologist to join our team in a full-time position, delivering high-quality, individualised care across both land-based and aquatic settings.

This is an prospect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and understands the benefits of combining traditional physiotherapy with water-based rehabilitation. You'll work with clients to improve their mobility, strength, function and confidence, helping them achieve meaningful outcomes through tailored treatment programs.

What you'll be doing





- Work with a diverse caseload across paediatric physiotherapy, musculoskeletal and sports rehabilitation, general rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and clients with disabilities
- Delivering individualised physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
- Providing land-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
- Conducting hydrotherapy sessions, using the benefits of water-based exercise to support rehabilitation, movement and functional improvement.
- Monitoring client progress and adapting treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Building strong, supportive relationships with clients and contributing to a positive patient experience.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to provide coordinated, high-quality care.
- Contributing ideas and taking an active interest in the growth and development of Allura Health.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
