We're looking for a reliable and compassionate female support worker to assist an old lady with getting ready in the morning. This might include cleaning, personal care, preparing breakfast and making sure she takes medicine.
The lady has slight dementia and is slightly unstable due to knee problems so there is a slight fall risk. She can do most things independently but its more monitoring and assisting her.
There will be days where she will want to go out and might need to be dropped off to a nursing home where her husband is.
She can be cranky sometimes due to her dementia. Patience and understanding is really significant.
You must have a drivers license.
Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 2.0 per week
