The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a new mixed-use Class 2 development from commencement through to completion.

The successful applicant will manage all key aspects of project delivery including:

- Construction programming
- Trade coordination
- Commercial management
- Contract administration
- Quality management
- Safety management
- Stakeholder coordination
- Authority and compliance management
- Reporting to senior management

This role requires strong practical construction knowledge together with professional project management capability.

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated Class 2 new-build construction experience
- Experience delivering residential apartment or mixed-use projects
- Sound knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC)




- Experience managing subcontractors and trade coordination
- Strong project planning and reporting skills
- Commercial and contractual awareness
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Current driver’s licence
- Construction White Card

Qualifications

Applicants should possess qualifications in one or more of the following:

- Project Management
- Construction Management
- Building
- Engineering
- Quantity Surveying
- Trade or technical qualifications relevant to construction

Contract administration experience will be highly regarded.
