Supporting customers throughout the region, you'll work directly with producers, veterinarians, and fellow team members while building the skills needed for a long-term career in cattle reproduction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support embryo production and transfer activities, including oocyte searching, embryo grading, thawing, and transfer preparation.
- Travel throughout the region to support producers, veterinarians, and livestock operations.
- Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted representative of Tras Ova Genetics in the field.
- Maintain accurate records, manage inventory, and ensure the highest standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Work independently to coordinate schedules,



prioritize responsibilities, and support a growing customer base across the region.
Collaborate with internal teams, veterinarians, and producers to deliver exceptional service and reproductive outcomes.

- QUALIFICATIONS

- A degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Technology, or a related field.
- A passion for agriculture, animal reproduction, and supporting livestock producers.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- The ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changing priorities.
- A willingness to travel extensively and thrive in a field-based environment.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to doing things the right way.
- Experience in cattle reproduction, embryology, veterinary medicine, dairy, beef production, or other livestock-related fields is beneficial but not required.
- Previous customer service or relationship-building experience is a plus.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the determination to solve problems and get things done.
- The ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the role, including microscope work, lifting equipment and supplies, and working with liquid nitrogen.
