Experienced Civil Plant Operators Wanted!

Talent Success is recruiting experienced Civil Plant Operators for upcoming road construction, earthworks and civil infrastructure projects across North-West Sydney.

We are looking for skilled, safety-conscious operators with hands-on experience operating heavy machinery in civil construction and roadworks environments.

Machinery Experience Required

We are interested in operators with experience in one or more of the following:

- Excavators: 5-tonne to 30-tonne+ machines.
- Rollers: Smooth drum and multi-tyre rollers.
- Skid Steers / Posi-Tracks.
- Front End Loaders.
- Water Carts.
- Multi-skilled Civil Plant Operations.

Please specify the machinery you have operated and your level of experience when applying.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate plant and machinery on civil construction sites.
- Carry out excavation, earthworks and compaction activities.
- Assist with road preparation and construction works.
- Conduct pre-start checks and equipment inspections.
- Work collaboratively with civil construction and roadworks crews.
- Follow Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and site safety procedures.




- Maintain safe and productive work practices throughout each shift.

Essential Requirements

- Demonstrated experience operating relevant civil plant machinery.
- Current Construction White Card.
- Relevant machinery competencies, tickets or VOCs, as required for the position.
- Driver's licence and reliable transport.
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Availability for day or night shifts, depending on project requirements.
