About the Role
As a Precast Rigger, you will safely lift, move and position precast concrete elements in office, ensuring efficient installation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all duties with safety the key priority.
- Perform rigging, lifting, and positioning of precast concrete panels, beams, columns, and other structural elements.
- Ensure all lifting activities are carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and lifting plans.
- Maintain rigging equipment and ensure all certifications and inspections remain current.
- Assist with general site activities as required to support project delivery.
- Conduct pre-start inspections of rigging equipment and report any defects or safety concerns.
About You
To be successful in this role,
you will ideally have:
- High level of attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Experience working with precast concrete installations (preferred).
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Good problem-solving and practical skills.
- Current Intermediate Rigging licence.

Experience:
- Construction: 3 years (Preferred)
- Rigger: 3 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- White Card (Preferred)
- Intermediate Rigging Ticket (Preferred)
