Business Prime Vaults is looking for a professional and enthusiastic Receptionist & Customer Experience Officer to join our team and become the welcoming face of our premium secure vault facility.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in providing a professional, welcoming and secure customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and visitors and assist with enquiries.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails and general administration, IT Skills.
Assist customers with vault rental enquiries, bookings and registrations.
Manage customer records, documentation and data entry.
Process payments, invoices and customer accounts.
Coordinate customer appointments and facility visits.
Maintain a professional and organised reception area.
Follow strict facility security procedures and customer access protocols.
Maintain customer confidentiality and provide excellent customer service.
About You
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable and professional personality.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Previous experience in reception, administration or customer service preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
Current Police Check / National Police Clearance is mandatory.
High level of honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Ability to follow strict security and confidentiality procedures.
Working Hours
Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm
Monday: Day off.
