At Leora Healthcare, our Support Workers bring light into people’s everyday lives by supporting dignity, independence and choice.

We are currently seeking a Male Mandarin-Speaking Disability Support Worker to support an aged client living in Riverwood, NSW.

Shift Schedule

- Monday & Wednesday
- 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

Support will be provided in the client’s home and includes:

- Personal Care (Showering)
- Manual Handling Support (using a Pelican Belt)
- Meal Preparation
- Domestic Assistance (light cleaning and household tasks)

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Disability Support, Aged Care, Community Care, or a similar role
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin
- Comfortable providing personal care support
- Experience or confidence with manual handling
- Reliable, respectful, and compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries

Requirements

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability Support, Aged Care, or related qualification (preferred)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
