We are currently looking for a Senior Instrumentation Engineer to work for a Tier 1 EPCM, working on a large refinery green energy transition project. This position will be offered as a 12 month contract but it should be ongoing or become a permanent position after the initial 12 months.

Responsibilities:

- Production of detailed instrumentation engineering deliverables including drawings, specifications, scopes of work, calculations, technical reports, datasheets, tender documentation, budgets and schedules.
- Tender bid evaluations and providing input and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
- Technical verifications
- Technical report writing
- Understanding and identifying safety hazards and risks associated with the asset lifecycle
Keeping up to date with the latest technical innovations

What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or higher
- Experience working across brownfield and/or greenfield projects
- Experience working across full lifecycle of project delivery (study through to construction /commissioning)
- Experience in hydrocarbons industry (highly desirable)
- Current EEHA and FSEng qualifications are highly desirable but not essential
